As you know, our technology aggregates your data into one view on your Personal Financial Website through Connections, which allow you to see your entire financial picture, and us to create an accurate financial plan.

Without boring you with the technology terms, I wanted to give you a quick update on a connection you’re currently using.

We just transitioned your INSTITUTION NAME connection to use an API, which will create a more secure and stable connection moving forward. 

It also means that you will need to re-establish the connection between your Personal Financial Website and INSTITUTION NAME.

Follow the instructions below to ensure your accounts continue to update:

  1. Sign in at CLIENT PORTAL URL
  2. Click on Accounts
  3. Find your INSTITUTION NAME accounts, then click red warning message above.
  4. You'll then be guided through the process of transitioning the connection to an API.

If you've followed the steps above and the connection does not re-connect, you may need to update them at INSTITUTION NAME before entering them into your Personal Financial Website. If this fails contact us and we will open a ticket—do not delete your account! 

Please note that after the transition, you will have 90 days to re-establish this connection in order to preserve your historical account data.
